Winter Flag Football at Conaty

The mission of X2-Sports is simple: Help kids build confidence, self‑esteem, and sportsmanship through team sports—while developing strong physical and moral character.

To protect that environment, we have a zero‑tolerance policy for behavior that takes away from a positive, safe experience for the kids.

By participating in our programs, you agree to the Parent Code of Conduct below.

As a Parent or Guardian, I Agree To:

  • Support my child with positivity. I will encourage my child and their teammates, and keep my focus on effort, learning, and fun—not just the scoreboard.
  • Model good sportsmanship. I (and my guests) will show respect for all players, coaches, officials, and other parents at every game, practice, and event.
  • Avoid unsportsmanlike behavior. I (and my guests) will not boo, taunt, use profanity, make threatening gestures, or refuse handshakes with anyone involved in the game.
  • Put my child’s well‑being first. I will place my child’s emotional and physical health above my desire to win.
  • Never ridicule a child for mistakes. I will not yell at or belittle my child or any other player for errors, losses, or performance.
  • Insist on a safe, healthy environment. I will support reasonable rules and expectations that keep the playing environment safe for all kids.
  • Respect the coaching staff. I will support coaches and expect them to uphold the Coaches’ Code of Conduct and their responsibilities as leaders.
  • Respect officials and league staff. I will allow officials and staff to do their jobs without harassment or interference.
  • Keep events free of drugs and tobacco. I will not use drugs, tobacco, or similar substances at league events and will expect the same from my guests.
  • Remember the game is for the kids. I understand youth sports are for youth—not adults—and I will act accordingly.
  • Promote respect and inclusion. I will teach my child to treat other players, coaches, fans, and officials with respect, regardless of race, sex, creed, or ability.
  • Help make it a great experience. I will do what I can—being a respectful fan, volunteering, or helping with logistics—to make the season positive for all players.

Consequences for Violations

I understand that if I do not follow this Parent Code of Conduct, I may be subject to disciplinary action, including but not limited to:

  • Verbal warning by an official, coach, or on‑site director
  • Ejection from the gym or field
  • Suspension from one or more games
  • Team game forfeiture
  • Suspension for the season with no refund or credit

These policies are enforced to protect the experience and safety of all players, coaches, officials, and families.

Agreement

By registering my child for X2-Sports programs, I acknowledge that:

  • I have read and understand this Parent Code of Conduct
  • I agree to be bound by this Code, the League Refund Policy, and the Terms and Conditions
  • When I click an “I Agree,” “I Consent,” or similar button during registration, that action will be treated as my legal, binding signature on these policies
