Coaches Code of Conduct

At X2-Sports, we believe in Positive Coaching, not “win‑at‑all‑costs.”

We want coaches who love to compete, but care even more about using sports to teach:

To protect that environment, we have a zero‑tolerance policy for behavior that goes against this Code of Conduct.

By coaching in our league, you agree to the following.

Put players’ well‑being first. I will place the emotional and physical well‑being of my players ahead of my personal desire to win.
Treat each player as an individual. I will meet kids where they are and expect age‑appropriate skills and development from all players—not just the most advanced.
Provide a safe environment. I will do my best to create a safe, organized, and healthy playing situation for my team.
Model sportsmanship and fair play. I will lead by example, on and off the field, showing respect, self‑control, and integrity in all situations.

Respect officials and league staff. I will accept and respect the decisions of referees and league personnel, and will not undermine them in front of players or parents.
Remember the game is for kids. I understand I am a youth sports coach and that the game exists for the benefit, growth, and enjoyment of the children—not the adults.
Follow X2-Sports policies. I will adhere to this Coaches Code of Conduct and all X2-Sports rules and policies at every practice, game, and league event.
Know and teach the rules. I will be knowledgeable about the rules of the sport and will teach those rules to my players in a clear, age‑appropriate way.

I understand that if I do not follow this Coaches Code of Conduct:

I may be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including being banned from participating in any X2-Sports activities for a period determined by league staff.

These standards exist to protect the players, the culture of the league, and the experience of every family involved.
